🔒 Immutable audit logEvery login, view, edit, stage change, upload, download, share, approval, export — and every denied attempt — recorded with user, old/new values and timestamp. Business users cannot alter or delete it. Searchable & exportable by authorised roles only.
Default-deny everywhereEvery arrow into an app passes role → record → field → document → action checks. What isn't explicitly granted is denied — and the denial is logged.
One source of truth per data typeCRM owns business records, WorkDrive owns files, Projects owns tasks, the Calendar owns availability. Analytics only reads; Cliq only links. Nothing is mastered twice.
The confidentiality seamsAssociates see only the amber flows — a neutral reference and nine whitelisted statuses. Counterparties see only the red flow — a partner-approved, recorded package. Everything else stays inside.
